The man is not just a pretty face.
On Friday, Matthew McConaughey joined forces with football player Drew Brees to host the Amazing Race Charity Event in New Orleans, raising money for each of their respective charity organizations.
The 43-year-old actor, who founded the 'just keep livin' organization, stood on a balcony in strangely geeky attire and threw a football into the crowd.

Checking out the scenery: the pair stood atop the balcony as they encouraged people to donate to their causes
The Lincoln Lawyer star was casually clad for the occasion in black track pants and a blue T-shirt with an American flag 'rock on' hand symbol print.
And curiously, he opted to pull his pants all the way up over the top of his t-shirt, channeling either Mr Bean or the 1980's.
It was certainly an odd look, but then again he was once named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive... so he can probably be forgiven.
This one had better be good! The actor threw the ball into the crowd in front of his professional footballer friend
The Texan actor was joined on the balcony by Drew Brees where the two of them did a shout-out for donations for their charities.
It was a text donation campaign, and the pair got Twitter involved to really get the ball rolling.
'Text DREAM to 80088 & donate $10 to @drewbrees Dream Fndn & my @jklivinFNDN to help expand our programs in NOLA,' McConaughey tweeted to his followers.
What's so funny? The face everyone remembers from the actor's romantic comedy days
Footballer Drew Bees tweeted: 'Matthew McConaughey’s @jklivinfndn and our Brees Dream Foundation will both match the amount raised thru today’s Text fundraising campaign!'
The Mud star was enthusiastic about the event, laughing on the balcony and putting on the show for onlookers below.
Then the actor stepped into the shoes of his co-host, a footballer, and launched a football out into the crowd.
Gearing up for the throw: The Dallas Buyers Club star gears up to throw the football into the crowd
McConaughey, who has three children with his wife Camila Alves, started the non-profit organization with the intention of 'empowering high school students to lead active lives and make healthy choices to become great men and women,' according to the charity's website.
In early April, he appeared at a fundraising event in Austin, Texas, for his philanthropic effort with football coach Mack Brown and recording artist Jack Ingram.
On top of his charitable work, the Magic Mike star recently joined the cast of Christopher Nolan's upcoming movie Interstellar, and will soon appear in The Dallas Buyers Club opposite Jennifer Garner.
Hey there, ladies! Matthew put on that award winning smile... literally, the one that won him the 2005 title of Sexiest Man Alive
